SDTT Vocational Institute is dedicated to empowering women in Mathura through skill-based education and hands-on vocational training. Focused on uplifting women and girls from economically challenged backgrounds, the institute offers practical courses in areas such as dress designing, beauty and wellness, arts and crafts, and basic computer skills. The goal is to foster financial independence, equip learners to pursue employment or start their own businesses, and support holistic personal development. Welcoming women between the ages of 17 and 60 including those with disabilities SDTT provides an inclusive, opportunity-driven environment where every learner can thrive.

Skill Training Programs

The SDTT Vocational Institute provides comprehensive training in dress designing, beauty culture, and art & craft, equipping women with practical skills. These courses, offered in six-month and advanced three-month formats, cater to diverse learners, enhancing their employability and creativity.

People Behind the Progress

Mrs. Shipra Rathi

Mrs. Shipra Rathi is deeply committed to empowering women through the Smt. Sitadevi Taparia Trust, which she leads with the vision of helping women grow and find their identity. Believing in the transformative power of education, she ensures the trust offers skill training in Beauty, Apparel, Craft, Teaching, and IT, alongside grooming in Spoken English and interpersonal skills. As Director, she takes pride in guiding the trust for 15 years, fostering financial independence and creating job creators, all while dedicating herself to educating, enlightening, and empowering women for a brighter tomorrow.

Mrs. Rachna Rathi

She is one of those individuals who believes in working at the grass roots with the projects she takes on. She has been a driving force in implementing the CSR program of Sudarshan Chemicals – SUDHA. With a Masters in education and Psychology She is the Director of the JM Rathi English School at Roha, Maharashtra, owned by the Rathi family trust. She has been instrumental in the schools growth and is deeply involved with the school’s operations. She manages the family trust started by her grandmother, Smt. Sitadevi Taparia which now runs SDDT Vocational Institute.

Mrs. Radhika Khaitan

Radhika, trustee, Smt Sita devi Taparia trust is the pillar of creativity and art. Her eye for the detail and desire for perfection makes every outcome better and every initiative more fruitful. She’s been instrumental in SDDT Vocational Institute transition and growth. She is a commerce graduate and has a keen interest in social welfare and making this world a better place especially for women.
